Distributors directly contact customers and can ensure quality service, advice and personalized follow-up. Their presence also ensures the availability of our service bodies for trucks according to demand, and enables us to manage the flow of goods, thus reducing delivery times. This means that our end customers can get their hands on our products faster and with the assurance of quality service. “20% of our sales come from the rest of Canada, so they are essential. We supply them with generic Spacekap or shelves, and they can fit them according to customer requirements.”
