Use of SpaceKap Product Images and Logo by the Authorized Distributor
All trademarks, trade names, logos, product images, and related marketing materials (collectively, the “Intellectual Property”) are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Fibrobec/SpaceKap.
The Distributor acknowledges that it acquires no right, title, or interest in the Intellectual Property by this Agreement or its activities as an authorized distributor.
The Distributor shall not copy, reproduce, display, publish, transmit, distribute, or otherwise use any Intellectual Property of Fibrobec/SpaceKap without the prior written consent of Fibrobec/SpaceKap, which may be granted or withheld at its sole discretion.
Any unauthorized use of the Intellectual Property shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate termination of the Distributor’s rights hereunder, in addition to all other legal and equitable remedies available to Fibrobec/SpaceKap.
